Let’s make history together – we need ambassadors and participants. Sign up for the 10th Annual International Kids’ Yoga Day!
Kids’ Yoga Day (KYD) Ambassadors:
- Are affiliated with a school, child care organization, library, or yoga studio
- Committed to leading a group of students through a 5 minute yoga routine on Friday, April 4th at 11:00 AM, local time, or at another time that day, or a day that week.
- Willing to spread the word about KYD.
- No prior yoga experience is needed. All ambassadors will receive free sample yoga routines appropriate for kids (and adults) of all ages, access to a how-to video, and other resources. Everything you need!
- Please note: Only individuals associated with a yoga studio, school, or organization should be an ambassador.
About Kids’ Yoga Day (KYD) Participants:
- This is someone who is not interested / eligible to be an ambassador, but would still like to participate on KYD.
- Follow along with your kids, grandkids, or neighbors at home using our free online resources such as free downloadable routines and how-to videos. Everything you need! No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Kids' Yoga Day Ambassadors get free resources, including:
- Sitting and standing routines, available in 11 languages
- Longer 30- and 45- minute routines that include games and activities
- A pre-teen/teenager routine
- An adaptive sequence
- Educational training videos
- Access to a caring, passionate community
- Invitations to exclusive, virtual workshops and events
- Weekly ambassador spotlights on social media
- Certificates of achievement for your kids or students
- Much, much more!

Our Kids' Yoga Day store is filled with t-shirts for adults and kids, beach towels, buttons and even a teddy bear, so you can show your Kids' Yoga Day pride! All proceeds go towards the administration of Kids' Yoga Day!
