The Night Before Kids’ Yoga Day – A New Tradition!

A beautifully illustrated book by bestselling author Teresa Power to get kids excited to do yoga on Kids’ Yoga Day and every day!

Kids’ Yoga Day is the biggest day in kids’ yoga every year, with ambassadors, participants and children all over the world preparing to do the same simple five minute routine and celebrate the power of yoga, fitness and mindfulness.

It is so much fun seeing people get excited for this annual event, and the anticipation reminded Kids’ Yoga Day founder Teresa Power of getting ready for Christmas!

So, she wrote a fun story based on the classic poem, Twas the Night Before Christmas, and called it The Night Before Kids’ Yoga Day. She wove in all of the poses in the Kids’ Yoga Day yoga routine, too. People loved it so much that she turned it into a full-length picture book, illustrated by the amazing Anna Abramskaya. At first, it was just an ebook. But, after seeing the enthusiasm, it is now available in hardcover!

The Night Before Kids’ Yoga Day is a beautifully illustrated 32-page picture book for children ages 3 – 8 and their adults.

It’s Kids’ Yoga Day eve and children around the globe are fast asleep. But one group of young yogis can’t wait, and decide to hold their very own neighborhood celebration under the stars. Readers will learn the simple yoga poses performed on Kids’ Yoga Day every year!

Start a new tradition and read The Night Before Kids’ Yoga Day to your children and / or students to get excited and ready for Kids’ Yoga Day!
